CESS-DK opens in Croatia

The Danish IT group CESS-DK now establishes a branch in Croatia, as part of its efforts to reach global markets. Opportunities in Croatia are currently very favorable for several of CESS-DKs products - not least in the fiber technology, where CESS-DK produces and sells one of the most competitive products PeakOptical ® 

CESS-DK has established a separate company in Croatia, in order to market its complete product portfolio in the country. One of the company's key priorities is the distribution of fiber technology in Croatia. CESS-DK’s brand PeakOptical ® is compatible with a wide range of networking products from all leading OEMs, and supports speeds of up to 10 Gb/s and ranges up to 100 km. The market for these products is very interesting in Croatia and neighboring countries, and therefore CEO Nikolaj Johansen welcomes the establishment in Croatia: 

Focus abroad:

"We focus abroad and in Croatia we have the opportunity to gain significant market shares very rapidly in the fiber optic segment. We forecast opportunities to establish additional branches in the region, and this is consistent with our strategy of becoming a major player internationally in the technologies we work with.”

Experienced local competencies:

Managing Director of the new Croatian section is Igor Baric, who is coming from a senior position in S&T Group, which has about 3,000 employees and a turnover of 500 million EUR. He will be leading the self-owned local company, reporting directly to the Danish parent company. CESS-DK already trades 80 countries worldwide through an extensive dealer network. 

More company establishments to follow:
