CESS-DK hires new product manager

CESS-Danmark A/S has just hired a new product manager to meet the growing demand for Hewlett-Packard (HP) products for the corporate segment. CESS is increasing its shares, both in the main client groups and in many markets for HP products. Therefore Kenneth Maryon Koenig's new position as product manager is globally oriented from the beginning.

Despite the international economic downturn, CESS has been very successful in reselling Hewlett-Packard (HP) products - both in Denmark and in the world markets. Kenneth Maryon Koenig has been hired to spearhead CESS' future global activities in the HP area.

"We have in the recent years followed and enforced an aggressive growth strategy, and this has yielded results in many areas. Through the years, HP has become a significant part of CESS' product portfolio and therefore it is very natural that we establish this new function. Thus, we can accommodate the increased demand and give the HP business the necessary focus," says sales director at CESS, Dennis Nielsen.

CESS' customers within the HP segment consist of end-users, resellers and international brokers. CESS operates in more than 80 countries and the rapid growth of the HP area, makes it likely that CESS will make additional recruitments in this area in the near future.

"For me it has been crucial, when I applied for the position, that there is a growing market with great potential. It means that I can contribute in building up something new in a very exciting industry", says Kenneth Maryon Koenig, who is already in operation from CESS-headquarters in Åbybro. He has a background in related positions, from which he has the overview and the insight into the markets and methods that he now has to service with CESS-DK.

CESS offers a variety of innovative HP solutions, consisting of both the newest systems technologies and refurbished products. As with the other product lines, CESS trades in, HP products will be marketed globally. CESS offers, in addition to high quality hardware at reduced prices, also service and support on new, used and obsolete products that are no longer supported by the manufacturer. Not at least this niche has been the gem of CESS' success in the HP market.
